What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct deliveries and traffic according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, trailer yards, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
