As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Gatein Wellington, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help create a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying visitor access, issuing badges, and maintaining accurate access records. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with residents and guests, and help identify and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, manage visitor and vendor sign-in procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Report maintenance concerns, access-control irregularities, and other security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
