Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; maintain accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate observations and facility concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Full Time Corporate Lobby Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and facility concerns to site leadership, Allied Universal management, and appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
