• Conduct regular patrols of the premises including parking areas, loading docks, and restricted zones to deter unauthorized access.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates and access points, inspect identification and shipping documentation as required by site procedures, and report irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services when required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
