• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Document incidents and access activity and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

You will manage site entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, conduct routine patrols, and help deter incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, access-control activity, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
