Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol - Morning Shift in Seattle, WA. You will protect clients across retail environments, conduct routine armed patrols, and provide professional customer service while maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualified applicants will possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit, be at least 21, and pass background and drug screening. CPR/First Aid certification and driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors while following site policies and emergency procedures.

• Conduct regular armed patrols of the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately per site requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol - Morning Shift in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and other security-related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
