Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Systems Coordinator in Studio City, CA. You will manage access control, greet students, staff, families, and visitors, verify credentials, and support badge procedures at an educational location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and families while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at an educational location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for students, employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue and collect access credentials as directed, and report access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established school and Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated entrances, parking areas, campus grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and report hazards or maintenance concerns.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
