Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs.
• Respond to access control alarms, unauthorized entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor entry points, access control systems, and surveillance equipment and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.

• Tue: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Thur: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Fri: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sat: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized guests according to site procedures.
• Respond to access control alarms, unauthorized entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Monitor entry points, access control systems, and surveillance equipment, reporting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
