Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, authorizing entry according to site procedures, issuing visitor and contractor credentials, and maintaining accurate access records.
• Monitor vehicle, employee, visitor, and delivery traffic at entry and exit points; assist with screening procedures and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
