Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for full-time Access Event Monitoring in Little Rock, AR. The role includes managing entry points, verifying credentials, and maintaining a welcoming environment while delivering excellent client service.

Work schedule includes night shifts, with weekly pay and on-site duties at the retail location. Candidates must meet age, education, and background screen requirements and may need licensing for

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required by the employer.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations to site leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document access-control activities, incidents, and irregularities and communicate information to leadership and client representatives.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Event Monitoring in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a retail location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas of the retail location.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures and reporting observations to site leadership.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Document access-control activities, incidents, and irregularities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
