Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and communicate access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, gates, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control exceptions in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will help manage entry points, verify visitor and resident access, monitor assigned areas, and provide welcoming customer service. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally, and help deter security-related incidents while supporting a positive community environment.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
