Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain entry records, and communicate access concerns according to community procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, access points, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and promptly communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Management in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a residential community, you will help create a welcoming environment by monitoring access points, verifying visitors, maintaining accurate entry records, and responding to security-related concerns. Your visible presence and professional communication will help deter incidents while supporting residents and guests. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
