As a Security Officer Access Credential Specialist in Boynton Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor visitor activity, and provide professional customer service to residents and guests. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, issue access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to resident concerns, access-related incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and support site-specific policies.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
