Allied Universal's Lewisburg, OH location seeks a dedicated Security Officer - Full Time Access Control to monitor entry points, verify access, and maintain a visible security presence. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service to tenants, staff, and visitors in a dynamic commercial real estate setting.

As a full-time officer, you will uphold site procedures, respond calmly to incidents, and collaborate with a team dedicated to safety and integrity.

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Full Time Access Control in Lewisburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants, visitors, and staff through exceptional customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering or exiting the commercial real estate location in accordance with established procedures.
• Issue, collect, and document visitor credentials, contractor passes, and/or access cards while maintaining accurate access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
