Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for overnight full-time shifts in Cincinnati, OH. The role includes patrolling the property, monitoring access, and delivering customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors.

Competenze

• Six months or more of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Full Time Overnight Access Verification in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial property, including building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
