Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Control in West Milwaukee, WI. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor visitors, and respond to security concerns while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay rate is $20.10 per hour. Must be 21+. Schedule includes Day and Evening shifts across Mon-Sun, with a focus on determent of incidents and safe building operations.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations, incidents, and/or policy concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
