Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by enforcing access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Assist with screening, visitor processing, and control of restricted areas while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, authorized visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor badges, and maintain access-related logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with screening, visitor processing and control of restricted areas while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
