This full-time role offers a pay rate of $24.47 per hour and a weekday day-time schedule. You will deliver excellent customer service, respond to incidents, and uphold site procedures while supporting a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as per laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Control access to restricted areas, issue and collect visitor credentials, and report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to identify security concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a controlled aerospace and defense location, verify authorization credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Control access to restricted areas, issue and collect visitor credentials as directed, and report access discrepancies or suspicious activity through established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
