Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee access control and visitor management to ensure a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Enforce security policies, emergency plans, and crisis procedures.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems and review footage.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, Legal, IT on security measures.
• Provide training and promote security awareness.
• Report security activities and incidents to management.
• Deliver concierge-level service to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Security: Oversee and enforce access control, visitor management, and employee identification procedures tomaintaina secure and professional environment within theclientcorporate premises.
• Incident Response: Monitor security systems and promptly respond to security breaches, alarms, or other incidents.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective incident resolution.
• Security Procedures: Implement and adhere toestablishedsecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines, including emergency response plans, evacuation protocols, and crisis management procedures.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Operate and monitor security surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarms.Review footage, reports, and logs toidentifypotential risks andmaintainsituational awareness.
• Access Control: Manage and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring authorized entry and preventing unauthorized access.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as Facilities, HR, Legal, and IT to align and integrate security measures within the client's overall corporate strategy.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws,regulations,industry standards,and other corporate security requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports summarizing security activities, incidents, and proactive measures to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Customer Service and Professionalism: Represent Prosegur and the client with professionalism,maintaininga courteous demeanor and delivering concierge-level service to employees and visitors.

Qualification and Education Requirements

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in lawenforcement ormilitary service.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test prior to hiring.

Preferred Core Competencies (Demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing)

• Proven experience providing concierge-level security services.
• Experience in Executive Protection.
• Possession of all applicable state and local licenses or permits.
• Current CPR/AED, Stop the Bleed, and basic lifesaving certifications.
• Strong communicationskills—verbal, written, and electronic (radio, cellphone, email, and text).
• Professional demeanor and appearanceat all times.
• Working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
