Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time role in Fargo, ND. The officer will monitor premises, control access, patrol locations, and enforce site directives to maintain a safe environment for client personnel and visitors.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service with the ability to work independently. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.

• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Security Officer - Full-time

Primary Location: Fargo, ND

Wage: $25.00/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
