Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer to monitor client premises in Fargo, ND. The role involves access control, patrolling, and providing excellent customer service, with emphasis on safety, vigilance, and adherence to post orders.

Responsibilities

Security Officer - Full-time

Primary Location: Fargo, ND

Wage: $25.00/HR

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
