Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and reception protocols in a healthcare laboratory location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor access to the front desk area, direct guests to appropriate departments, and help support controlled entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notification protocols.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, document relevant activity, and communicate concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Office in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with staff and guests, and use technology to support daily operations. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
