Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols within a healthcare administrative setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
