Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk Graveyard in Los Angeles, CA. You will welcome visitors, control access, respond to alarms, and deliver professional customer service at a commercial real estate front desk.

As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badges, respond to alarms, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
