Job Description

As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a financial institution location, you will be the welcoming presence for visitors and employees, managing access, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain a professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a front-desk location within a financial institution while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and/or other security-related equipment; report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and visitors while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
