Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver in Olive Branch, MS. You will welcome visitors, verify credentials, and maintain a secure environment while supporting daily operations at a logistics distribution site.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and involves monitoring entry points, responding to incidents, and coordinating with appropriate contacts to ensure safety and service excellence.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and comms from the front desk and report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries while supporting access-control procedures.

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, verify credentials, and provide clear communication and exceptional customer service. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting daily operations. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $17.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining professional communication and supporting access-control procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
