Allied Universal is seeking a Front Desk Driver Security Officer in Winston-Salem, NC. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security systems, respond to alarms, and provide excellent customer service while representing Allied Universal professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional front desk presence and customer service for visitors, employees, and contractors at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue temporary access credentials as authorized.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Support a welcoming, professional environment and deter unauthorized access while reporting concerns to leadership.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Thur: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional front desk presence and customer service for visitors, employees, and contractors at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, following site-specific entry procedures, and directing guests to the appropriate areas.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue temporary access credentials as authorized, and communicate arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Support a welcoming, professional environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
