Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, access-control procedures, and security-related protocols at the front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access to designated areas, communicate visitor guidelines, and report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming front-desk presence while supporting a respectful healthcare environment.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
