What You'll Do

• Provide professional customer service at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, employees, vendors, and guests; verify access authorization; issue visitor credentials; and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Support a welcoming and orderly reception environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and directing visitors to appropriate locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
