Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Validation in Frankfort, IN. The role offers flexible, fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional hours through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with a schedule of DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM. This position provides customer service, access control, and security operations at a food and beverage manufacturing location.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points, verify employee, contractor, visitor, and delivery credentials, issue visitor badges as authorized, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Screen and direct visitors, contractors, and vendors according to site requirements, including communicating applicable facility rules and escort procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate site channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, perimeter points, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Validation in Frankfort, IN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
