Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking a part-time Security Officer to protect client properties and support a variety of contracts. You will provide customer service, maintain a visible security presence, and respond to incidents on-site.

Training may be required to meet client standards. Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or GED, passing drug screening, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass drug screening at hire and randomly thereafter.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified or willing to become certified.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and professional demeanor to clients, visitors, and staff.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and incidents.
• Maintain security presence in lobbies, reception areas, and control centers.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols as required by contract.
• Control access and verify IDs to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with CPR/First Aid/AED as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
