Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient with basic phone & computer skills
• 3+ years in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement preferred
• Active DCJS certification to be maintained
• Must be 21 years or older
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Outgoing with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have open availability
• No face, neck, or hand tattoos
• Maintain GardaWorld grooming and uniform standards

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
