GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service in office towers, hotels, and other sites. You will manage access, greet visitors, and perform patrols to identify risks while coordinating with emergency teams.

The role requires a Florida Class D Security License, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass extensive screening. Driving capability and a clean record are required, with benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Florida Class D Security License is required
• This is a driving post; must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
