Allied Universal in Hebron, KY is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide unarmed customer assistance and patrols at a technology, media, and telecommunications fulfillment site.

The role offers fixed shifts with additional pick-up opportunities, a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, and a path toward full-time opportunities through paid training and flexible scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications fulfillment location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse operations, office areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and contractors, and documenting activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations; notify appropriate contacts and responders as directed.
• Prepare incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoff information; maintain professional communication with leadership and site personnel.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Customer Assistance Patrol in Hebron, KY, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications fulfillment location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse operations, office areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and contractors, and documenting visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoff information, and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
