Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer position is vital for operational and financial success. Flex Officers support by working shifts that become available due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service and protecting staff's health and work-life balance.

Scheduling Expectations

Flex Officers are trained at various posts based on operational needs. Their schedules vary and may include short-notice shifts. Flex Officers are expected to work scheduled shifts and communicate unavailability to their supervisor.

Working at least 80% of called-in shifts is expected; refusal of more than 20% may impact employment.
