Job Description

We are seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

Pay Rate: $20.09 per hour

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities. They act as a visible deterrent to crime, enforce client rules, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts near their assigned posts, protecting property, clients, guests, and employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving Positions: Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, minimum insurance as per company policy, and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must successfully complete background checks and a drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Ability to work at multiple client sites, covering various shifts and projects.
• Availability to work any time and day.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
