Responsibilities

Summary

As a Flex Security Officer, you will often be the first person people interact with at an assigned client site. As a result, you will maintain a positive environment and experience for guests within this client site. The Flex Officer will gain broad and specialized knowledge of various posts. Solid and reliable performance as a Flex Officer will be considered for leadership roles. Our goal is to develop career paths for growth within the Company. Flex Officers are crucial in ensuring all security posts are covered, whether full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities :

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring security and safety of property and personnel.
• Conduct periodic patrols to check for irregularities, inspect protection devices, and fire control equipment.
• Enforce regulations and directives regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process.
• Patrol the site on foot or vehicle; check for hazards, security violations, unauthorized persons, and mechanical issues.
• Protect evidence or scene of incidents during accidents, emergencies, or investigations.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, bomb threats, flooding, and other incidents.
• Prepare logs and reports as required.

Let us know your availability; we will create a mutually beneficial schedule. Shifts are usually 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

This position is ideal for those seeking supplemental income, retirees, or those looking for flexible hours. Shifts are fill-in, and availability can be set by the applicant. Premium pay is offered for shifts outside normal hours. Shifts are frequent, especially at retail locations.
