Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by enforcing site policies and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain entry and delivery logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to site procedures.

As a Security Officer Fire Prevention in Golden, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain applicable entry, exit, and delivery documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, including unsecured access points, damaged property, suspicious activity, and delivery-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
