Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Officer for Patrol Operations in Lithia Springs, GA. This unarmed role involves monitoring, patrols, access control, and incident response at a logistics facility.

The position is full-time with a daytime schedule and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Candidates should have at least one year of security-related experience, with preferred alarm panel, computer/tablet, customer service, and badge/access control experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points, visitor and driver activity, and inbound/outbound traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious conditions or policy violations.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol Operations in Lithia Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control and alarm-response activities. You will provide courteous customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors, and use technology to document observations. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
