As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Management in Lithia Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while documenting observations and responding to security-related concerns. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.
• Support the orderly movement of people and vehicles around the location while maintaining professional communication with site personnel, drivers, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
