Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and credential verification at an aerospace/defense location.
• Monitor entry/exit points, screen personnel and deliveries, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Maintain logs, visitor records, and incident documentation; communicate with site contacts and leadership about unusual activity.
• Conduct regular patrols and observe conditions requiring follow-up or emergency response.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, credential verification, and other security‑related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen authorized personnel and/or deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following post orders and reporting protocols for security‑related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding unusual activity and/or access issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for security‑related concerns, access control issues, and conditions that may require follow‑up or emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
