As a Security Officer Entry Management in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a retail location, you will help manage entry points, monitor access activity, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide courteous customer service and clear communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting and reporting security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas of the location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Communicate professionally with location personnel, delivery drivers, vendors, and visitors while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
