• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per Allied Universal requirements.

You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in alignment with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
