You will support construction site security by managing access, verifying credentials, and reporting incidents with a calm, professional approach.

This role offers a flexible Schedule and a pay rate of $27.14 per hour, with opportunities for growth and training within a dedicated team focused on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and staff.
• Learn and apply site-specific policies and procedures.
• Background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the construction location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized entry.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel.

• Mon: 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM
• Tue: 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM
• Wed: 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM
• Thur: 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
