Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing per state/local regulations; may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and assist with controlling entry and exit in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and access control-related observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
