Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures as required by site rules.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Monitoring in Sherman, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
