Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in San Francisco, CA. This role offers fixed shifts with the ability to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, providing flexible earnings and stable base hours.

The pay rate is $27.90 per hour with a daytime schedule from 07:00 to 15:00. You will perform site-specific procedures, monitor access, respond to incidents, and conduct patrols to deter theft and ensure safety.

• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance in San Francisco, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $27.90 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
