Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Operations in San Francisco, CA. The role offers flexible, fixed anchors with the option to pick up additional shifts through our platform, providing reliable hours and potential earnings growth.

The position pay rate is $26.00 per hour, with a schedule that includes Tue 07:00 AM - 02:00 PM and Wed 07:00 AM - 02:00 PM, and a six-month anchor commitment at a designated site.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver''s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to store management and Allied Universal supervision.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Operations in San Francisco, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
