The role offers fixed anchor shifts (six‑month commitment) and an Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift program to pick up additional shifts across sites, enabling higher earnings and broader experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and responses.
• Monitor and manage access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, driver, delivery, and incident records, including logging arrivals/departures and access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, and access control systems; report unusual activity and deter unauthorized access to the distribution location.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Coordinator in Nazareth, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems, including installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of security protocols related to alarm systems is essential.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Job Schedule:

• Day: Sun; Time: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, driver, delivery, and incident records, including logging arrivals, departures, and/or access‑related activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, and/or access control systems, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access to the distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
