Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen individuals and personal belongings at designated entry points using established procedures and approved screening equipment.
• Verify identification, visitor credentials, and authorized access before allowing entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, access points, and surrounding business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Job Schedule

• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
